“Seven Little Fortunes” is a tribute to the new wave of 80s Hong Kong action movies. These were considered at the time very innovative productions, mainly because of the complex and dangerous stunts performed, high speed fight scenes and inventive choreography.

The films were directed by the trio of Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung and Yuen Biao. “Three Dragons”, as they were called, came from the Peking Opera School as part of the troupe “Seven Little Fortunes”.
